Custom Room Dividers and Gates

We have two options for room divider panels depending on your needs. 

Freestanding movable dividers are good for simple zoning of space.  Gates in freestanding options come with a garden gate latch and will not suit pool gate style locks.  They have slot in legs as shown in the picures.  Gates positioning needs to be considered, gates usually need a longer panel to hold them up due to weight.  These dividers are sent flat-packed and are easily assembled by your team onsite.

Floor fixed dividers are a secure and safe way to partition off areas, and if you need a locked gate.  We provide all the components and ship with drawings for your local handy person to install.

All orders are a custom build and are priced on the size, quantity and type of materials needed on a case by case basis.

- Total length of the dividers including gate.  Measure across each space. If L shaped, measure both lengths and add together.  Freestanding dividers can also be gently curved.

- Height of the dividers and gate.  Heights start at 600mm and go up, the higher they are the more material costs.  Freestanding can safely go to approx 700-750mm depending on the length of each panel.  Anything over this height would need to be floor fixed with balustrade posts.  For more secure freestanding dividers you can add cabin hooks to the end panels and attach to a door frame or sturdy bookshelf etc. 

- A pic of the space is really helpful.  We can see any elements in your layout that may need consideration in your configuration.

- A simple line drawing with gate positioning is really helpful also, including which way you want the gate to open.

- Any other requirements, a pool gate lock or cabin hooks?

- Your delivery address

If wanting to go ahead final details must be confirmed, design/motif, please choose from any elements shown on this page.  Custom motif designs can be discussed but may incur extra costs. 

Final confirmed measurements.  If you are not confident in doing your own measure-up, we highly recommend engaging a local handyperson to assist you.

From there we will provide a technical drawing for final approval prior to cutting.

 

Our dividers are beautiful, sturdy and always very well received.  The pricing for these items reflects the longevity that comes with purchasing a high quality custom build.  All panels are made with high grade 18mm plywood finished with a waterbased varnish in a satin gloss finish.  It is both safe and hardwearing.  Balustrade posts are a powder coat aluminium in pearl grey.

These panels are suitable for indoor use only.  We do custom outdoor gates on request and require full measurements and info to quote, as above.
